A Memphis native and Morehouse College graduate, Charles has called Nashville home since 1994. Under his leadership, Sueing Insurance Agency has built a reputation for exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and long-term client relationships. The agency’s experienced team provides tailored coverage, proactive guidance, and hands-on support—especially when clients need it most.

A key member of that team is Judi Allen, a fully licensed and bi-lingual (Spanish) insurance professional with over 30 years of industry experience. Judi specializes in sales, client retention, and customer relations, and is known for her commitment to clear communication, trusted advice, and exceptional service for a diverse client base.

Charles is widely recognized for his leadership in business and community service, with honors including multiple Nationwide Insurance Community Service Awards, recognition as one of the Top 300 Small Businesses in the South, and designation as a Leader in Diversity by the Nashville Business Journal. He remains deeply engaged in civic leadership through numerous nonprofit and public service roles across Middle Tennessee.
